Description
This educational activity will present findings from studies related to conducting real-time, continuous urine output monitoring and how this type of assessment enables early diagnosis of AKI, implementation of effective interventions, improved patient outcomes, and improved hospital economics. Management of continuous, automated monitoring of urine flow saves time associated with manual measurement and documentation and may reduce healthcare worker stress related to the workload.
